CYBER DATA HUB USER AGREEMENT

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

FOR CYBER DATA HUB offers a variety of online resources including data bundles, airtime top-up, bill payments, and other virtual top-up (VTU) services (collectively, "the Service") subject to the following Terms of Use ("TOU"). By accessing or using the Service in any manner, you agree to be bound by these TOU. Additionally, when using specific CYBER DATA HUB services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services, which may be updated from time to time. If you do not agree to these TOU, you must cease using the Service immediately.

CYBER DATA HUB reserves the right, but is not obligated, to enforce the TOU through proactive moderation, investigation, litigation, and prosecution.

2. MODIFICATIONS TO THIS AGREEMENT

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, at our sole discretion. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to regularly review this agreement to stay informed of any changes.

3. CONDUCT

You are prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Creating multiple accounts or violating any account restrictions, which will result in account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
• Initiating unsolicited contact with anyone for commercial purposes, especially those who have expressed a desire not to be contacted.
• Engaging in "stalking" or otherwise harassing any individual.
• Collecting users' personal data without their consent for commercial or unlawful purposes.
• Using automated tools to download data from the Service without CYBER DATA HUB's express permission.
• Posting irrelevant or repetitive content, or imposing an unreasonably large load on our infrastructure.

4. TRANSACTIONS AND REFUNDS

All transactions made through CYBER DATA HUB are final. Users are advised to verify their purchases as there will be no options for withdrawal or transfer of funds post-transaction. Support should be contacted only in extreme cases where a transaction does not fulfill its intended purpose due to system errors or discrepancies. Refunds or adjustments are at the sole discretion of CYBER DATA HUB and may require proof of the issue.

5. ACCOUNT SECURITY

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information, including passwords. Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to CYBER DATA HUB immediately. CYBER DATA HUB is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

6. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
